They are new. And I have these in size small, medium, large, and XL. Nice quality fabric and design. I included several pictures: the top and bottom set, the top, the back of the bottom. The lined top includes a removable padding in the cups and the bottom is also lined. The bottoms have tie strings at the hips. The manufacturers tag lists the fabric as 80% nylon & 20% spandex.
