The Venom Power Covert Grip ASP is a performance and high performance, all season tire made for passenger vehicles and SUVs. This model has some highway terrain, trailer sizes available as well. Venom Power offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

Venom Power covers this tire model and size with its 1-year Road Hazard Warranty. This warranty is available for tires damaged within the first 12 months after the purchase date, or until the first 3/32” of the tire tread wears away, whichever comes first! If this tire sustains road hazard damage (typically caused by nails, glass, or potholes) on its tread area, customers have a right to use the Road Hazard warranty for a Tire Replacement or Tire Repair. To receive the Road Hazard warranty, customers with damaged tires must file a claim with Priority Tire.

The tire offers great all season traction, optimizing its year-round performance. The dry, wet, and winter grip is boosted due to the detailed tread design and the strong all season compound. The siping and optimal block pattern boosts the grip with the use of additional biting edges. Additionally, the compound maintains the rubber flexibility in versatile temperatures. These factors enhance the tire's summer and winter weather performance. The groove placement avoids hydroplaning, by dispersing water and slush from the footprint.

Excellent controllability is guaranteed with the ideal tread design. The asymmetric tread design's road contact upgrades steering responsiveness, driving stability, and maneuvering. Ribbed tread elements maintain surface contact while the tires are in motion, increasing steering responsiveness and driving stability. Additionally, the ideal tread elements help enhance cornering and maneuvering as well. These boost driving safety levels throughout the performance.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
