We provide peace-of-mind, home DNA tests to determine the probability of a relationship between tested individuals

Whilst the mother need not participate in our tests, we recommend the mother supplies a sample in order to achieve the most conclusive result possible. The mother is included free of charge in our testing.

This test is for one child and one alleged father (mother's participation is optional).  If you would like to test more than one child against the same alleged father, please contact us directly. 

If any person other than the child's mother is signing the consent form on behalf of a child under 16 years, please send us evidence of how this person has Parental Responsibility for the child after ordering. This might be an e-mail picture of the child's Birth Certificate showing the father's name.

The sampling kit contents:

• Instruction leaflet
• Consent form
• One sterile swab per donor (swab included for mother free of charge)
• Sticker for each swab
• Tamperproof self address return pre-paid envelope (Tracked 24)

Payment of the laboratory fee:

• The laboratory processing payment must be paid before we can process these samples.
• If the samples arrive with us before the laboratory processing payment is made, we will place the case on hold update the buyer. Samples will not be processed until the laboratory processing payment is received. 

How will I receive the results?

• We will update the buyer by e-mail upon sample receipt to confirm the expected results due date. 
• The result will be issued to the buyer only by e-mail in .pdf Test Report format.

Returns policy:

• UK shipping only - no international shipping.
• Returned items in unopened, original packaging will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Return postage to be paid by buyer.
