LP Purchase Guidelines
※ Jacket/Components/Packaging Conditions
1. During production or shipping, minor jacket creases, corner dents, or splits may occur, and inner sleeves may tear due to contact with the disc.
Returns or exchanges are not possible for products opened with visible exterior defects.
2. Disc labels may not be perfectly aligned due to manufacturing processes. The outer wrapping plastic is not covered under warranty.
3. Most Japanese-produced LPs do not have sealed outer plastic packaging.
4. Digital download codes may be discontinued without prior notice by the manufacturer.
※ Playback Issues
1. If using a turntable without tracking force adjustment (commonly all-in-one models), playback issues may occur with tracks featuring dynamic sound variations.
Returns or exchanges are not available for playback issues caused by equipment limitations. We recommend using a turntable with adjustable tracking force.
2. Playback may be affected by static electricity or dust on the disc. Most issues can be resolved using specialized cleaning products.
3. Dust accumulation on the needle can also hinder playback quality.
※ Disc Appearance Defects
1. Due to the nature of vinyl production, which involves heating, slight warping or unevenness on the disc surface may occur.
If playback is unstable, using a stabilizer may improve performance.
2. To minimize sound distortion and ensure consistent performance during repeated playback, the center hole of the disc may be manufactured slightly smaller.
If the disc does not fit your turntable spindle, adjust the center hole using dedicated tools.
3. Minor surface scratches or imperfections on the printed area may appear but do not constitute defects. However, if playback issues occur, returns or exchanges for defects are possible.
※ Colored Discs
The following cases are not considered defects, and returns or exchanges are not possible once the product is opened:
1. The actual color of the disc may differ from web images.
2. Due to the nature of colored disc production, color variations may occur between albums.
3. Streaks, smudges, or spots may appear during the manufacturing process as a result of mixed dyes.
※ Return/Exchange Policy
1. For returns or exchanges due to defects, a video of the product being unboxed may be required for verification. Without this video, returns or exchanges may be restricted.
