Brand New Rack and Pinion with a Pair of Rubber Bushings and a single Black 9/16-26 x 3/4 DD U-Joint. This Rack and Pinion is one of the most commonly used rack and pinion units on the road today. If either your unit wears out, or you just want to upgrade to a new rack & pinion, we have you covered.  This Manual Rack and Pinion fit 1974 1975 1976 1977 1978 Ford Mustang, T-Bird, Fairmont, and Mercury Capri.

This Includes Mounting Bushings  

This also includes a Black 9/16-26 X 3/4" DD universal steering joint. This U-Joint is used to connect a 3/4" DD steering shaft to a 9/16 by 26 spline fitting.  The fastener is designed for better attachment and upgraded safety. This uses a high quality needle bearing and have a working angle of up to 38 degrees.
