These offset rack bushings with bolts and washers are designed for fitting a 16" rack on a 15.5" crossmember or a 15.5" rack on a 16" crossmember.

(Will offset to allow 1/2 in or out).

These bushings allow you to change to a new rack without changing any mounting points.
