You are looking at a ticket stub for the 1991 home opener between the Chicago Bulls and Philadelphia 76ers which took place on November 1, 1991 at the old Chicago Stadium.

As the home opener for the Bulls, Commissioner David Stern presented the Bulls with their championship rings and the players raised the Bulls' first championship banner to the rafters.  Michael Jordan appeared genuinely happy receiving his first championship ring.  I have added a couple of screen caps of the ceremony to the photos.

The Bulls positively throttled the Sixers.  Michael Jordan scored 26 points in just 30 minutes of play to lead all scorers while Scottie Pippen had 23.  The Bulls pulled way ahead in the first half and coasted to a 110-90 win.

A quick summary of the game from AP:

"At Chicago, the Bulls hoisted their first championship banner and opened defense of their NBA title with a victory. The Bulls, who got 26 points from Michael Jordan and 23 from Scottie Pippen, outscored the 76ers 32-14 in the second quarter and then opened a 31-point lead early in the second half, leaving no doubt of the outcome. Charles Barkley had 18 points for the 76ers, 12 of them in the first quarter."
