How to Use

• File the infected area of the nail
• Clean the surface with a cleaning pad
• Apply lacquer over the entire surface of the infected nail - no nail removal required
• Adults: Apply once or twice weekly or as directed by your healthcare professional
• Treatment usually takes around six months for fingernails and nine to twelve months for toenails
• Continue until the infected nails are completely regrown
• If there is no improvement after 6-12 months of treatment, see your healthcare professional

Ingredients

• Active: Amorolfine (each 2.5ml or 5ml bottle contains 125mg or 250mg of amorolfine as the hydrochloride)
• Inactives: Methacrylic acid copolymer, glycerol triacetate, butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, and absolute ethanol

Warnings

• Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, may become pregnant or wish to start breastfeeding
• For external use only - do not swallow
• Do not use in children under 12 years of age
• Always check the ingredients before use
• Do not use if you have had an allergic reaction to the product or any ingredients listed
• Keep out of reach of children
• Possible side effects include burning feeling in the area surrounding the treated nail(s), which is usually mild and short-lasting
• Itching or redness of the skin may occur
• Rare cases of nail disorder (nail discolouration, brittle or broken nails) have been reported
• The amorolfine, which is the active ingredient in the product, is highly volatile and can evaporate very easily if the bottle is not sealed tightly. This is why you may notice that the outside of the bottle feels sticky, as a small amount of the product may have evaporated around the neck of the bottle.
