Processing Time:

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is cleared.

Shipping Services:

Economy Shipping (Outside US): We primarily use India Post for shipping. Delivery times are typically 11-23 days for the US and UK. For other countries, delivery can take 2-4 weeks, depending on customs processing. We may use different services based on convenience.

Fast Shipping: Available through DHL Express. An extra charge of $35-$40 applies for fast shipping; heavier parcels will incur a higher cost.

Customs Policy:

Buyers are responsible for any customs clearance charges and return shipping costs. Import duties, taxes, and additional charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and should be checked with your local customs authority before purchase. Please do not confuse them with additional shipping charges.

Delivery Instructions:

Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address. If no one is present, the postal/courier service will leave a note, and you will need to pick up the parcel from the post office using the registration number and proof of identity. Unclaimed parcels may be returned to us.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after receiving the faulty item. Items must be returned in their original factory condition. Returns of mishandled, physically damaged, or distorted items will be canceled. Report any faults within 7 days of receipt.
