These pipe cutters were never used however they got left outside for a time so they are "new but less than perfect". After 2 minutes with a rag and some WD-40 it screws like as smooth as silk and looks pretty darn good as well. The one I spent 2 minutes on was right on top and that's the one featured in all the close up pics (after cleanup) but I also added pics of the quantity I bought showing them before cleanup to be fully transparent and the one pic has the cleaned up unit on the lower left part of the basket so you can see the contrast before and after.
