This is a Rare Co-Operative Flint Cake Stand / Plate.It is in the Daisy (OMN) Pattern.This is sometimes called Kirkland or Sunk
Daisy. This Cake Stand has a Fluted Edge. It was introduced in 1896 making this Cake
Stand Antique.We did place it under a
black light (365) and it does have a Green Manganese Glow.This is attributed to some EAPG made prior to
1915.
The Bowl is about 128 years old and it is in Excellent Condition – no chips,
cracks or repairs.Any bubbles or straw
marks were part of the manufacturing process of EAPG.This Cake Stand does have one visible straw
mark on its top that I was able to capture in the last picture.It measures about 10.5” diagonally across the
top of the plate, 4” tall and 4.5” across the base.
