Note that our maximum P&P charge is £6.95, for any order within mainland UK - order as many items as you like and it will not be more than this.

Note that for Royal mail orders, we can send throughout the UK at the same cost. For orders that need to be sent via courier, we can only send to mainland UK at the advertised price. Mainland UK comprises of zones A and B in the map below

We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed by 11am on the same day. Note that we do not work on weekends or bank holidays, and courier companies do not collect or deliver on weekends or bank holidays. Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched from our premises on the following Monday. If you contact us outside working hours, we will respond as soon as we are back in the office.

Please note that we can only dispatch to the address you provide at the time of order. We aren’t always able to change addresses sent over email.

Payment is accepted via eBay only. All orders paid for by 2pm will be dispatched on the same day (Monday-Friday) using the delivery service advertised. All prices are inclusive of VAT - we always send a VAT invoice via email once your order has been processed.

Our aim is to keep all our customers entirely satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, we will issue a full refund upon receipt of the returned goods - no questions asked. This applies for 30 days after purchase. If you are unhappy with any of our products or services, please always e-mail us or call us PRIOR to leaving feedback, and allow us a chance to resolve.
