You are looking at a full unused ticket for the regular season game between the Los Angeles Lakers and Baltimore Bullets which took place on January 16, 1973 at the Forum in Los Angeles.

Here is a quick account of the game shamelessly stolen from an excellent writer at UPI:

"“We’re standing around too much. We just haven’t totally compensated yet for the loss of Happy Hairston.”

After his team’s 112-104 loss to the Baltimore Bullets Tuesday night. Laker coach Bill Sharman was still thinking of of the Laker forward who is out for the season with a knee injury.

In a game in which Jerry West had to sit out much of the crucial third quarter with a touch of the flu and Wilt Chamberlain aggravated a minor hand injury, the Lakers without Hairston could not stop Elvin Hayes, who scored 32 points and had 17 rebounds for the Bullets.

Chamberlain, whose hand needed some minor stitching at Centinela Valley Hospital after the game, pulled down 26 rebounds, equalling his high for the year.

Mike Riordan scored 20 to give the Bullets added scoring punch. "

Wilt had 16 points on 7-7 shooting to go with his 28 rebounds.  Jerry West scored 27 points with eight rebounds and six assists in just 34 minutes, and Gail Goodrich topped Lakers scorers with 30.  HoFer Wes Unseld had 12 points and 18 boards for the Bullets.
