  • Description:
    The multifunctional magnetic particle flaw detector CDX-III is a  multi-purpose combined flaw detection instrument with AC/DC yoke flaw detection,  magnetic clamp flaw detection, rotating magnetic field flaw detection and ring  coil flaw detection. Suitable for magnetic particle inspection of ferromagnetic  materials such as ship hulls, boilers, welds, pressure vessels, etc.

  • Features:
    The instrument uses thyristor as a  non-contact switch, with low noise, long life, stable operation and good  reliability; the whole machine is designed with small volume, light weight and  convenient carrying. The AC magnetic yoke can magnetize the workpiece  independently without the movable joint probe. When inspecting the  special-shaped workpiece, the movable joint can be added to detect the workpiece  flexibly. When the rotating magnetic field probe is used, it can walk freely and  continuously on the surface of the detected workpiece. Flaw detection can  display the defects of the detected workpiece in all directions at one time. For  welds such as straight welds, fillet welds, girth welds and special shaped  parts, magnetic clamp probes (also called horseshoe probes) can be used for flaw  detection. When it is necessary to display the circumferential cracks of the  tested workpiece, a ring probe can be used for flaw detection. At the same time,  the instrument is equipped with lighting interface for some probes such as Type  A and Type E.
