You are looking at a full unused ticket to the regular season game between the Los Angeles Lakers and Cleveland Cavaliers which took place on November 14, 1976 at the Forum in Inglewood, California.
The upstart Cavaliers under Bill Fitch were the toast of the league opening the season, and were in the middle of a tear through November. Cleveland's furious fourth quarter comeback led to a 97-95 road victory. Jim Chones' 23 points led a balanced Cleveland scoring attack. Abdul-Jabbar really was a stat stuffer in the 70's, and this game was no different as he scored 20 points, grabbed 19 rebounds, dished three assists, snatched four steals, and blocked five shots. Cazzie Russell added 23 for the Lakers.
