RETURNS:

Due to the products being oversize and costly to transport - please ensure you are familiar with the returns policy.

If you wish to return an item as you have ‘changed your mind’ you will be offered an Exchange Voucher which must be used within 3 months.  The original delivery fee will remain and there will be a further delivery fee for any new or exchanged product.  (this is due to the large cost of transporting oversize products). Any item that is returned must be in a sellable condition.  Any scratches, marks and damage that occurred after delivery would make the tank unsellable.

As tanks are manufactured on customer order, any product with non-standard fittings added will not be returned as they will not be suitable for re-sale.

Please ensure you have measured the space you have available and the product you are purchasing. Ensure you have a minimum of 100mm around all sides. Ensure you have allowed room for any pipework or pumps.

Exchange vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
