🚚 Delivery Information

We deliver using a fleet of flat-bed lorries operating across mainland UK only.
Please note: we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands or the Scottish Isles/Highlands.
All deliveries are kerb-side only and must be received by someone on-site.
If your order weighs over 25 kg, please ensure adequate assistance is available to help our driver safely off-load your materials.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for all standard items.
However, any items that are custom-cut or made-to-size (such as RSJs, beams, columns, box or rectangular sections or other tailored metal profiles) are non-returnable once cut or processed.
