The decorative cast brass buckle from the early 1700’s was excavated in the Yorktown/Williamsburg area of Virginia. A part of an older collection most of the artifacts were from areas of military occupation. The display includes six flat buttons, one decorative, from the late 1700’s excavated from colonial house sites in the Fredericksburg, Virginia area.                                

The buckle  measures 1” by 1 ¼”.

The artifacts come as shown in a 4” x 5” riker style case.
