All our figures/miniatures are printed at 12K resolution using ABS UV Resin in Grey and Siraya tech Build Sonic Grey, which gives the figures strength and durability. Then we prime the figures so they are ready to paint out of the box on rare occasions there maybe a little prep needed, but we strive for zero prep needed.

If for any reason your figure is damaged in transit, please take a picture of it and send it to us, and we will replace the figure free of charge.
