WILD ROCKET 

Always wanted to start a salad patch, then White Icicle is one

 of the fastest and easiest vegetables to grow and enables you to produce your own

 supply of fresh stems and leaves.

White icicle is very fast growing. Crops within just a few weeks!

Introducing a very exciting lettuce - Perennial Wild Rocket Lettuce. This variety doesn't need to be constantly replaced as it a "perpetual variety". Baby rocket leaves have a great taste and are fantastic in mixed salads.

 Wild Rocket is ideal and is used widely in European cuisine. 

It has an intense flavour, so adds a distinctive taste to green salads. May be used with other greens, fruit, nuts, included in stir fry dishes, steamed lightly with other vegetables. or used as garnish. The flowers are also edible!

When to sow 

Temperate zones: sow in early spring or wait until all frost danger has passed and the soil is warm. Generally, if starting seeds inside then begin a few weeks before the last expected frost date in your area. By sowing early there will be time for a decent crop to be produced before the first frost in winter.

Subtropical zones: sow during March to October in frost-free areas.

Tropical zones: sow during late April to July.
