If you are not home when Parcelforce tries to deliver, a calling card will be left for you to contact them directly to arrange an alternative delivery date. The courier will hold your parcel at their depot for 48 hours after a calling card has been left at your address. If you do not contact them within this time your parcel will automatically be returned to the Quatropi warehouse and a further shipping charge will apply for redelivery. No delivery appointments can be made.
