Here at The Cleaning warehouse we aim to dispatch all of our items within 1 working day of your order being placed (unless otherwise stated in the listing).
If you have any questions about your order or delivery please get in touch via eBay messages.
Although we aim to dispatch within 1 working day is a possibility that there may be complications on route to yourself. Damages, misrouted parcels and lost consignments may occur therefore please allow up to 7 working days for delivery in extreme cases. If you haven’t received your order after 7 working days, get in touch with our friendly customer service team.
Please make sure you supply us with your correct delivery address when you’re purchasing as we won’t be able to make amendments to the address once the order has been placed.
For small items deliveries are made Monday to Saturday usually before 4PM via Royal Mail.
For large items deliveries are made Monday to Friday usually before 6PM via APC.
If your order doesn’t fit through your letter-box then the delivery company may try to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour.
If a safe place cannot be located or nobody is able to take receipt either at your property or the neighbours’, then the item will be returned to your local Post Office / courier hub Office for your collection – you will receive a calling card notifying you of this

Once you receive your parcel, if you’re satisfied with it (which we’re sure you will be), then great – be sure to leave us some feedback!
If in the event that you’re not 100% satisfied and it’s within 30 days of receiving your parcel, please open a return request via the eBay Resolution Centre and follow the instructions provided. We recommend returning the item(s) with a label provided by eBay but if you’d prefer not to, then please ensure the return is tracked for your protection. Please ensure that you identify yourself with your eBay order number and name in the parcel, failure to do this will result in a delayed refund.
