The United States Army Pacific (USARPAC) is one of the nine major commands of the United States Army. USARPAC is responsible for overseeing U.S. Army operations and missions in the Pacific region, which includes Hawaii, Alaska, Japan, Korea, Guam, and other U.S. territories and partner nations. During the Vietnam War, USARPAC played a critical role in providing logistical support and resources to U.S. military operations in Southeast Asia. USARPAC oversaw the deployment and movement of U.S. Army personnel and equipment to and from Vietnam, and was responsible for managing the flow of supplies and equipment to U.S. forces in the theater of operations. USARPAC also played a key role in training and preparing U.S. Army units for deployment to Vietnam. The command provided specialized training in jungle warfare, counterinsurgency tactics, and other skills necessary for combat operations in Southeast Asia. In addition to its support for U.S. Army operations in Vietnam, USARPAC also played a role in humanitarian and civil assistance efforts in the region. U.S. Army units under USARPAC's command provided medical and infrastructure support to local communities in Vietnam and other countries in the region. USARPAC's role in the Vietnam War was critical to the success of U.S. military operations in Southeast Asia. The command's logistical and support capabilities enabled U.S. forces to maintain a high level of readiness and effectiveness in the theater of operations. Today, USARPAC continues to play a critical role in ensuring the readiness and preparedness of U.S. Army units in the Pacific region. Worldwide combined shipment is welcome.
