The product arrived on time and had very clear yet simple instructions on how to wear and adjust the band. I am 322lbs and was concerned the plus size option still would not fit. Between my apron belly and growing baby i have muscle weakening and tearing in the bottom of my stomach and it was excruciating but the band helps retain tension not only preventing things from getting worse but it also relieves the pain.
