Our contracted shipper is Fedex. We send our items from European Union, Hungary.
We need 1-3 business days processing time after payment has been received.

- For Buyers within the European Union (EU), all applicable taxes and duties are included in the final price.
- For Buyers outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

As of August 29, 2025, orders under $800 are no longer exempt from import charges. Please be aware that import duties, customs processing fees, and other applicable charges may apply when ordering goods from abroad.
All shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Under DAP shipping terms, the seller is responsible for arranging and paying for transportation to the Buyer’s delivery address, including export customs clearance and international shipping costs. The Buyer is responsible for import customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and any local handling fees required by the destination country before the package can be delivered.
If your package becomes delayed or held during the import customs clearance process, we are happy to assist you. Please contact us as soon as possible — it is in everyone’s best interest to ensure your package is delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 2 business days after delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Photos of the parcel and the damaged item(s)
- A damage report/protocol from the courier service if possible
Once your claim is reviewed and accepted, we will offer either:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund for the affected item(s)
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Exception
For hygiene and safety reasons, food products and supplements cannot be returned due to ordering mistakes or change of mind. These sales are final. In all cases, returning postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
