Make sure everything is accurate and as you want it to appear on the engraved item. Double-checking these details ensures the final result meets your expectations. Please try to short your text, too long message will make the letter very small, and difficult for read. 

IMPORTANT FOR YOUR PET SAFETY: This ID tags are a necessary piece for your pet to make sure that if your pet gets lost, it can be returned. Not every pet is microchipped and even when they are, an ID tag is easy to read and understand to make sure your dog or cat can come back home safely. 

 Returns:

We do not accept returns on personalised items that are misspelled UNLESS the fault is ours, in which case we will do a replacement straight away. If your item is damaged or faulty please contact us to return, for a replacement, we will pay your return postage for damaged / faulty items.
