It is made from a variety of materials like a vintage ceramic basket, stained glass, small beads, smalti,  glass tiles, a few pieces of slate. It can house a small succulent or hanging plant or silk/dry flowers. Your flowers or plant will mix with the beautiful flowers in the background of the mosaic. For live plants I recommend you plant the flower in a small flexible container and place it in the basket rather than plant directly in the basket. This will also prevent water sitting on the mosaic. The mosaic is made to last outdoors, but please consider hanging it in a protected place from rain or snow to prolong its life. 

Please be careful handling this piece, it can break if dropped, there are sharp glass edges exposed. Please dust with a brush. The artist is not responsible for any accidents or damage after delivery.
