Dragon shaped letter opener.  It is from the National

Palace Museum  in Tiawan and a replica of the 

jade item that was specially made for undoing knots

and with an artisans hand and very delicate.  This 

is a special opener that is the same on both sides

and comes in a felt covered interior box from the 

National Palace Museum in Tiawan.
