Fir is deal for building planters because of its inherent durability. With minimal maintenance compared to other wood types, fir can be left outdoors and still look great for between 10 to 20 years.

It's a good idea to line the inside of your wooden planter to keep the compost moist. This also reduces the frequency with which you need to water your plants, as the water is retained.

Many materials can be used as liners. Recycle old plastic bags, newspapers, and compost bags to use. So long as water can drain out (you might need to create small holes), any of these options can work!

No, the Bluebell 48" Planter is designed with integrated holes to ensure your plants have the best environment to grow.

To prepare your planter, ensure that it has holes in the bottom for drainage. If not, you can drill your own holes. Line your planter and use soil labelled "potting soil" to guarantee it's the right density. After that, you're ready to add your plants!
   
Yes, this product is delivered as flat pack. This set is easy and quick to assemble with standard DIY tools. We recommend having two adults work on the construction for safety, although due to the rattan construction, all parts are light and easy to manoeuvre.
No, although the rattan set can be left outside, the cushions and accessories must be stored indoors. Leaving cushions outside in the cold or wet over a prolonged period of time could lead to mould and mildew.
Delivery

Once your order is placed we endeavour to send out an acknowledgement email, providing you with the applicable contact details as provided to us, your order reference number and estimated delivery date. In most cases, you will be contacted prior to that estimated delivery date to notify you the day in which your delivery will be made.

At BillyOh we do manufacture our buildings to order, therefore immediate payment is required for this item. To make the process easy we want our customers to have as many options as possible, we accept most major credit and debit cards and PayPal payments.

Returns

If you're not 100% happy with your new purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. We also ask you if you can send a photo just so we can confirm everything looks okay before we send our drivers to collect the item.
