Offered here is Vintage 16 pc Noritake China Floral Plate Set w/Two Teacups.

I've been meaning to list these ever since I bought them for sale this summer since Noritake is a sought-after brand for porcelain and pottery pieces. 
As for the floral pattern brand and the name of it, I had scoured everywhere and tried multiple searches and I just could not find anything to this pattern that had a particular name. 
The item is in good condition. I noticed that at least one of the larger plates has a small chip in it and can be seen in the photos. And one of the smaller saucer cups has some white marking that looks like either paint or a discoloration of the plate.
