Numberblocks follows the adventures of block characters in Numberland, with the number of blocks determining which numeral they stand for and a tiny blackfloating number above them to show how many blocks they are made of, which they call a Numberling. When one of the blocks hops on top of another, they transform into a different character to make a new number. The show helps toddlers and young kids learn numeracy skills, especially how to count and do simple maths. Integer concepts such as even vs. odd and factoring are discussed and explored.

My mother had all her grandchildren, it was easy! Watching Numberblocks was they key! 

One child asked to watch numberblocks, my mum soon relealised, this was educational and the kids actually watched in school.  If it was good enough for school it was good enough for her!  The kids were transfixed on the TV screen with bright and colourful characters hopping around the screen!! Even a two year old quickly learnt quickly how to do simple maths sums!! This programme and toys and are highly recommended
