You are purchasing a Plasticville O-O27 #5627-100 "Marbled Hobo Shacks in original poly bag with header - COMPLETE."  

This is one of the most desirable Plasticville pieces to acquire. NOTE: both shacks are in the marbled brown/gray and gray/brown version.

The plastic parts are in "like-new" condition. The bag and header for being over 60 years old, does show signs of minor shelf wear. A very, VERY nice kit for the collection.
