New with tags! This dress has a criss-cross front across the chest with an open back. Attached sash straps are 54” long and tie across the back to tighten the dress across the chest, adding support to a bra-less wear. The sleeves are large and billowy, and give the facade of a cape when arms are down. There is a soft polyester lining inside the huge swing circle skirt bottom which measures 78” from side seam to side seam! All other measurements are shown in the photos.
