This folder was published by The Osram Lamp Company, 67 Queen Victoria Street, London E.C. in November 1916. 
Approximately 8" x 8" open, it is in remarkably good condition for its 104 years despite being printed on relatively light stock. It is highly unlikely that more than a handful survive.

A piece of Osram GB History:
n 1906 the Osram incandescent lamp was developed by Carl Auer von Welsbach. The brand name of OSRAM was "born" in 1906 and registered by the Deutsche Gasglühlicht-Anstalt (also known as Auer-Gesellschaft).  The British General Electric Company imported Osram filaments for their own production of light bulbs. In 1919 Auergesellschaft, Siemens & Halske and Allgemeine Elektrizitäts-Gesellschaft (AEG) combined their electric-lamp production with the formation of the company Osram.

In 1944, Osram attempted to set up a factory to produce tungsten and molybdenum wire and sheet metal in Leitmeritz concentration camp, where 4,500 prisoners died. It also used concentration camp labor at other locations.

In 1998 Osram acquired the lamp business of ECE Industries India Ltd at a cost of $9.55 million. In 2009 Osram acquired TRAXON Technologies. In 2011 Osram acquired Siteco.

On 8 July 2013 Siemens spun Osram off, and it listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

I will state known flaws if I see or know about them. The world of Military collectors has a plethora of experts some more knowledgeable than others and opinions in many instances are at at odds one with another. I list in good faith and according to the best information available to me. My pictures are very clear. I make no claims and offer no guarantees beyond this.
