Your request for a return must be received within 30 days of your receipt of the product.
Return requests will be reviewed, approved or denied and communication to that effect sent to you by email within ten business day of receipt of your return request. If your return is approved you will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email.
Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. With the exception of defective merchandise and shipping errors you are responsible for shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse at:
In the instance where you are returning merchandise you ordered that is not damaged or defective you will receive a refund less a 20% restocking fee.
Once your return has been received by the warehouse you will be given a credit for the amount of the purchase within 10 business days after receipt of return.
Items damaged in transit: MUST be reported at the time of delivery; a note must be made on the carrier delivery record.
