Up for your consideration is a very nice little girls' dress from Big Fish by Sweet Potatoes.  It is a pretty blue color with turquoise ocean waves throughout.  It features a netted and embroidered starfish with a sequin center on the front, and shoulder ties with matching blue beads.  100% cotton, size 4, and in Excellent condition.
