USA Customers:

1. We ship within the 50 United States of America.
2. No APO / APE. (Sorry GI's its a Paypal tracking thing.)
3. Insurance is required for all item(s) sent.
4. Delivery Confirmation Required.
5. Signature Confirmation with Restricted Delivery Required, when the total invoice is over $750.00.
6. Shipping amount on the eBay auction page vs fees listed here.  Whichever amount is higher is the shipping amount.  We will discount it within reason, however we do not negotiation shipping fees due to your credit card's policy regards to tracking.
7. The reason for the high cost is eBay and credit card rules for a tracking numbers and the so-called buyer protection plain. If you have any questions please contact eBay and or your credit card for their policies.
8. We ship two to three times a week via USPS (US Postal Service).
9. Shipping and Handling charge represent the actual cost of shipping, packing material, and labor only.

Non USA Customers:

1. The invoice we send will have the proper amount for postage and handling, depending on a number of factors such as country, postal service of that country and total value of the payment we are to be receiving from you.
2. International shipping starts at $15.00. We also reserve the right to require Priority Mail, EMS or FedEx on a country per country bases and on bidder bases.  This will depend on total value, country's postal system, and feedbacks Prices listed here or on the eBay "Shipping and payments" tab found on eBay.com are used only as a guide.  The price we quote you on your invoice is the price regardless of what the "Shipping and payments" price shows.
3. We do not negotiation shipping fees due to eBay's, and or your credit or debit card's terms of service.
4. We ship two to three times a week via USPS (US Postal Service) or FedEx.
5. Shipping and Handling charge represent the actual cost of shipping, packing material, and labor only.
6. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
7. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
8. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for our shipping and handling charges.
9. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

1. eBay's policy say that we are not allowed to ask for Kash, or Kheck unless the customer requests to pay that way. (Permission freely given!)  
2. Local pick up in Carson City, Nevada, USA.  - Kash only.
3. None US residents can ask about a bank details in Australia, Canada, England, New Zealand, Singapore, and Vietnam.

1. eBay collects Sales Tax / GST / PST / VAT on item(s) delivered to addresses within some states.  We have no control over this matter including if that item(s) is tax exempt within your state.   We appreciate your understanding in this matter and suggest that you contact your legislators and Tax Departments.
2. RESALE CERTIFICATES. If you have a resale certificate, you will need to file a copy of it plus the required paper work with eBay.  Again, we have no control of the matter and you'll have to clear the matter up with eBay.

By the buyer or winner leaving us negative or neutral feedback(s), shall VOID the buyer's  return privilege on any and all of the item(s) which were shipped to them in that package.  (This is to encourage the buyer / winner to talk to us first before they leave such feedback and work things out.)
5. Items graded by 3rd parties are non returnable for any reason whatsoever. (Such as: LCG, PCGS, NGC, PMG.)
6. Item(s) described in the description "as is" or "non returnable" are not returnable for any reason whatsoever.

1. All bidders and buyers are at least 18 years of age or older.
2. Carson Valley Currency & Coins, Inc. (CVCC-INC), its agents and employees make no warranties, guarantees or representations and expressly disclaim any warranties, representations or guarantees, including a warranty of merchantability.
3. In the event of any claim or controversy arising out of the sale, the Courts of Carson City, Nevada shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any case or controversy arising out of this sale or any transaction associated therewith. If legal action is commenced in connection with any sale, Carson Valley Currency & Coins, Inc. (CVCC-INC) shall be entitled to recover, in addition to any amounts found due, its reasonable attorney's fees.
