Summary 
The dry garlic Separating machine is powered by an electric motor and is driven by a variable speed belt pulley during the processing to rotate the main shaft of the silicone flat plate. The garlic head is centrifuged and flexibly squeezed within the interval between the silicone flat plate and its upper silicone cone plate to achieve garlic Separating. By adjusting the interval between the silicone flat plate and the silicone cone plate, the garlic separating rate is high.
Operation and Use
  • The machine must be placed on a level ground and must be grounded during use. Before use, start the machine and run for 1-2 minutes to ensure that all parts are functioning properly before use.
  • Multiple garlic heads should not be placed in the feeding port at once. Garlic should be placed in sequence to evenly enter, and crushed garlic cloves should fall out of the feeding port.
  • Adjust the butterfly nut or handwheel at the back of the clover according to the size of the garlic. When the garlic is large or has a high rate of damage, you can adjust the butterfly nut or handwheel clockwise. If the garlic is small or there are connected cloves, you can adjust the butterfly nut or handwheel counterclockwise. At the same time, adjust the spring of the bottom nut to loosen it slightly when the garlic is large and tighten it slightly when the garlic is small.

Repair and maintenance
  1. Clean the material barrel once a day.
  2. Sharp and hard objects such as stones, wooden blocks, and iron tools are strictly prohibited from entering, otherwise it will seriously damage the rubber plate.
  3. Silicone may turn yellow, which is a normal phenomenon.
Precautions
  • Processing garlic with too much soil is prohibited.

Returns & Exchanges

 All  returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in  new, unused condition, with all original materials included with the  shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged items,  depending on the condition.
 Items  returned under the buyer’s remorse: The return shipping fee must be  covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be deducted  from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase price will be  charged.
