You are bidding on a vintage certificate from Pan American World Airways "The System of the Flying Clippers" dated Dec 2nd, 1954....a certificate from the "Clipper Club"...issued to an individual...it reads as follows: "this is to certify that Luis Franzini having made valuable contributions to the advacement of public acceptance of air transportation, is hereby enrolled as a member in good standing of the clipper club"...and it is original signed by Juan Trippe founder and President of Pan American back in the 50s.
The person who received this certificate Luis Franzini was an important Uruguayan at the time:
Journalist who administratively and economically guided the struggle of an important national press organ such as the newspaper "El Día". In government positions, he set the direction of the National Commission of Physical Education in a precise direction, promoting work to develop physical culture in all areas of the Republic, which was unprecedented. In sports he was an exceptional leader of the Club Atlético Defensor.

Cosmetical condition is acceptable as observed. Expect some scratches, stains
and natural flaws normal for an old paper.
