Postage: We use a variety of courier services to transmit these items. Please allow up to ten days from the date of dispatch before raising an item not received case. In instances where cells arrive damaged, please let us know immediately (with photo evidence) and we can arrange replacements to be sent.

Returns: Where the item is unused & simply unwanted, the return postage cost and a retesting fee (£5) will be deducted and a partial refund processed upon return of the item. Faulty cells will need to be returned to us for a refund to be processed. 

Please note, compatibility issues arising from use are not our responsibility. Our batteries have a standard protection circuit which may not perform as expected with complex electronic devices where additional battery management circuitry us present.
