Operating instructions
1. To ensure optimum oiling and long life, put a few drops of lubricant in the pump inlet before each use and rinse with clean water after each use
2. Make sure the inlet hose is sealed and as short as possible. The inlet hose should not exceed 9 feet (2.75 meters)
3. When pumping abrasives or liquids containing solids, use a strainer in the inlet hose for longer service life.
4. For safety and ease of use, it is recommended that the pump be surface mounted.
5. Install and begin drilling. Observe the inlet pipe to ensure that a certain amount of fluid is sucked into the pump within 5-20 seconds. If not, check that the inlet pipe is properly installed to the inlet.
6. Install and start drilling. Observe the inlet pipe to ensure that a certain amount of fluid is drawn into the pump within 15- 20 seconds. If not, check that the inlet tube is properly installed to the inlet pump. Do not run dry. If the pump fails to start, check for kinked or clogged hoses.

Suggested speed is 1500-3500 rpm, head and flow rate are related to the speed, the higher the speed the higher the head and the higher the flow rate.
1500 rpm, head is about 1.5 meters, flow rate is about 15L per minute.
3000rpm, the head is about 3 meters, the flow rate is about 30L per minute.
