A Note on Flat Sheet Products
Plastic sheet can sometimes pick up a slight curve from heat, pressure or storage conditions during transit — this is a completely normal characteristic of flat sheet material and does not affect the strength, quality or performance of the sheet in any way.
If your sheet arrives with a slight curve, it's easy to correct in seconds:
| 1 | Hold the sheet with both hands, one at each end |
| 2 | Gently bend it in the opposite direction with even pressure for 10–15 seconds |
| 3 | Lay it flat on a surface — it will hold its shape |
Tip: for best results, place a flat, light weight on top for a few minutes after flattening.
Typical Applications
