Description:

The Rock-Stream Pro is a great and versatile USB microphone that can be used for a wide range of applications. It includes a cool looking integrated desktop stand that is sturdy with a swivel mechanism. We wanted to make the mic look super cool and unique so we added a rad LED built in that will set the mood for your audience. The LED will also turn red if the microphone is clipping so you will know to either lower your gain or move the mic further from the sound source.

We also include multiple cables enabling you to plug the mic into either an iPhone, Android, PC, or Mac. Whatever device you need to stream or record on we got you covered!

This mic was developed to give you amazing sound and offer different capturing options. It has a selectable pick-up pattern switch allowing you to choose between cardioid and bi-directional polar patterns. The cardioid option is great for picking up the sound that is in front of the microphone without capturing room reflections and unwanted noises. The bi-directional pattern is great when you want to capture the sound from both the front and the rear of the mic, making it a great choice for capturing multiple instruments or multiple people streaming in the same room. It is also perfect for recording interviews and conference room use. We also have a noise suppression mode that you can access by holding the mute button that will further filter out unwanted noises. When you enter this mode the mic LED will turn green.

This mic has a headphone output along with a headphone volume knob that allows real-time, zero-latency direct monitoring. It also has a mic sensitivity knob on the front for quick and easy adjustments. The mute button on the mic allows you to quickly mute out everything without needing to touch your computer.

Prior to returning merchandise, contact us and we will give you a return authorization # and a return label.

You may return this item for a refund within 30 DAYS of purchase.

Warranty Repair/Exchange Period: 1 YEAR

If your item is defective or you want to return it for any reason within the first 30 days of when it was delivered to you; you have the following options:

• We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to replace the item for a brand new one.
• We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to exchange the item for another item of your choice. If the item you chose is more or less money we will work out the price difference with you.
• If you are returning a working item in used condition for a refund there will be a 20% used item fee deducted from your refund. All replacements and exchanges are free.

Replacement/Processing Time:

Your replacement or refund will process within 3-5 business days of when we receive the item.

Please note items with physical damage un-related to shipping are not covered under warranty. Registered software cannot be returned.

You MUST notify us within 48 hours if you receive an item that was damaged during shipping.

Process for returning items

Please email us with your eBay user ID, Item code / model #, Condition of the item, and the reason for your return. Please also indicate whether you would like a replacement, an exchange, or a refund. We will supply you with a reference number (RMA #) to put on the package which will ensure quick processing of your return. All returns require a RMA# to be returned back to our facility.
