All of our items are packaged securely and shipped from our UK distribution centre. We do our best to ensure every item arrives safely and on time.
Returns
We hope you love your product but if for any reason you want to return it, send it back to us within 30 days and we?ll offer you a full refund.
All items come with at least a one year warranty as standard. This means, if your product develops a mechanical fault within 12 months of purchasing, we promise to repair or replace it.
