Vintage Wooden Bargeware Carrying Trough or Trug Floral Decoration

A very nice naïve wooden painted carrying trough or trug with carrying handle with floral decoration in bargeware style. This has obviously been homemade for transporting items or plants around a barge or narrow boat. The trough is painted in brown with floral decoration on side, end and handle. A really nice and still very usable item

Dimensions –The trough measures 63cm in length, 56cm in height and 27cm in width.

Condition – Good condition for age, some wear to paint and crazing on paintwork. Construction still very strong with no loose joints.

Collection / viewing - Can be arranged by appointment in the Milton Keynes area

Delivery costs – To all areas of the UK with the exception of N. Ireland and off shore Islands is £12.39 for tracked delivery service. For Northern Ireland and other locations please ask for cost. These cost cover tracked and signed for delivery by private courier, usually Parcelforce 48.
