include the drive model and as descriptive as possible with your issue - broken USB header, drive gets warm, dead/not detected. Include pictures if
possible.
How it works:
- Once you message I'll give you a quote
- If you agree, I'll create a listing for you to pay, and you post the drive to me
- Once received, recovery will be attempted within 48 hours (though usually the same day)
- If the data is retrievable, it can then be a) uploaded for you to download, b) sent to you on a DVD/CD c) returned on another flash drive you include along with the broken one
