Replaced batteries are tested to ensure they are at 3.3V+ (100% capacity). I also give the contacts and insides a clean with isopropyl alcohol, as well as a visual inspection to make sure there is no corrosion, bad solder joints, or any other board issues.

Symptoms of a dead/low battery:

Gameboy / Colour: Games will not keep saves or in-game time
Gameboy Advance: Games will not keep in-game time. Saves are not affected, and will not be lost with this service
