Customs Duty fees & Import Taxes: (IMPORTANT, Must Read Before Ordering)
- Buyers may need to pay the customs fees & import taxes when your order value is higher than the threshold value of your country. Please check with your country's customs to understand the fee rate before ordering so you can estimate how much you need to pay.
- Customs duty fees/import taxes and charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These fees are the buyer's responsibility.
- The customs fees/taxes are normally collected by the shipping carrier company (DHL Express/ UPS/ FedEx) to pay for your country's customs. It is not the additional shipping charge from us or DHL so please don't confuse.
- I cannot accept the return shipment because buyers don't want to pay the customs fees/taxes in any case.
- Customs duty fees/taxes are the law of your country. No one can have the privilege to avoid these fees. If you don't want to pay these fees/taxes, please don't buy

1. Shipping worldwide from Thailand via DHL Express/ UPS/ FedEx& take 3-5 business days. (The shipping time may be longer than normal depending on the location of your area, the uncontrollable customs clearance delay, or other uncontrollable events).
- We cannot support to ship the item to the remote area in some countries. So, please kindly check your location with DHL Express/ UPS/ FedEx in your country first if you don't sure you are in the remote area or not.
- We will normally ship the item within 3 business days.
Or 2. Shipping worldwide from Thailand via Thailand-Post & take 10-23 business days. (The shipping time may be longer than normal depending on the location of your area, the uncontrollable customs clearance delay, or other uncontrollable events).
3. For multiple orders, if no other instruction from the buyer, the orders will be combined to ship together in 1 shipment.
