This is an old coin that has been squashed out of shape.

Not sure the reason for this, never seen an antique coin like this before and 2 turn up in the same old collection with the Medieval jettons I just listed. ( I have seen the modern souvenir pennies " rolled " in museums but nothing quite like this before. )
I can see it has a STOP after the Rev. wording. There are some straight line digs in both sides of the coin as well, so it has been circulated before someone has made it oval.
My coins are just as I have got them in from other collectors. They may be grubby as I do NOT clean them. They are just as they come in so sometimes I take more photographs at angles to show the coin better which can make them look slightly darker or lighter.
I am not a coin grader so please see close-up photographs provided for more details and visual confirmation of condition for yourself.
It measures approx. 58mm x 29mm and it weighs approx. 9.9 grams.

Scale is usually an English 1 penny coin which is 20mm in diameter which is just short of 7/8ths of an inch in diameter, or a universal Coke can, and we all know how big those are.
If you see A/F = a/f in the title or description it means "as found" condition which may have scuffs, scratches and damage. In relation to all my listings it does not mean " about fine ". I have used A/F for " as found " for 45 years.
