The TAB V372DA was originally designed as line- buffer- summingamp and its from the V376 U373a product line. This module was slightly modified so that it is usable as a micre with a maximum gain of 55dB.

The minimum gain is +28dB but it can be reduced with the 20dB PAD which is switchable per channel. Also phantom power can be switched per channel. An external super high quality power supply (100-240) comes with the lunchbox (Hammond steel housing).

The sound is very warm and fat. I can recommend it for vocals as it adds a lot in the lower mids while technically it is linear between 25Hz and 17KHz. The module has a lot of headroom which keeps the noises very low.

The great sound is probably also caused by the Haufe (V72, V76, ...) input and output transformers.
